Thanks everyone for the info - most useful. I am looking for a flat to buy to then rent out as an investment. What i decide on will depend on price and location mainly. It has to be in either a good area or really central but not in an old block. If you know of anything please let me know. thanks!

Hi, if you look at the classified listings, 3 above your listing is a ad for my 2 Bed Ground Floor Apartment in Pervolia. The block isn't new but my Flat has been completely refurbished & refitted throught and is having a very good rental 2010. I am only selling cos my wife is missing her grand-children & so we wont be here to manage the Property for renters.
