This should not be on CF, this is a problem for Brits!

I think now even the local Cypriots are pretty much fed up.
Its becoming a real problem, including all the roadworks, diversions, etc

believe it or not yes.
Our branch manager at work is Cyp, and he's having a tough time because the work is being delayed because the company vehicle is often caught up in traffic jams, we've had to repair 2 tires and replace one in 2 weeks as a result of the battering it endures in some areas.

I can appreciate that things are done differently in other countries, but when safety becomes an issue, and when delay's are completely disproportionate to the amount of cars it becomes unproductive.
Its also not good for our area in terms of tourism which is a large chunk in revenue.
