Simon, I have no problem with Deniz. We might not agree on everything but we both agree that our disagreements about the past can not be used as an excuse to continue denying to Cypriots their human and democratic rights.

shahmaran, zan and a few others come here with their one sided propaganda trying to excuse their demands for yet more human and democratic rights violations against the majority of the Cypriot people. They hate me because I destroy their excuses with facts which they are unable to refute.

But we should not let these people make us believe that all TCs are racists like them. There are decent TCs like Kikapu and Deniz who recognize that GCs are not sub-human or evil, and that we can have in Cyprus what they have in all other normal democratic countries.

I am aware that deniz is actually one of the decent TCs, and I also know there are a few out there, too few unfortunately. The only reason I named him above is simply because I remembered a particularly fierce exchange some time ago. But you are right, deniz is not of the shah, vp, zan etc camp.

My point was both sides constantly repeat themselves. It is the nature of this forum. Everytime a TC says the invasion/occupation was/is justified because of 1963 and later 1974, Piratis will bring up his well-rehearsed points. You can't bring up the same old arguments and expect Piratis to change his.

Others have exploited half the world and traded slaves and yet they can be trusted. And the only ones who can not be trusted are the GCs because they didn't tolerate the racist crap that were imposed on them in 1960!
