They are all quite well preserved and have been stripped off of traditional Cypriot doors.

My problem is that I cannot think of a suitable name for the shop and do wonder if any member might have a suggestion or two.

Thanking you in advance.....................Schnauzer. :wink:

A suitable name is the one you have come to be known by on the CF,
I suggest calling it after you , PLONOCKER .
Are you always this stupid or just now and every time.

Thank you miltiades, for once again demonstrating your inability to respond to ANY subject without resorting to 'veiled insult'.

One can well understand your lack of enthusiasm in joining with others in engaging in a little 'Light Banter' (which is the object of this thread) so enthused are you with 'Sniping' every contribution that fails to fall into line with your own inadequacy (in the guise of intelligence).

Were you as adept with your 'Sniping Skills' with a rifle, perhaps you might have been of a little more use to the country you NOW claim such patriotic fervour for, when it needed such skills. :wink:

Thanks for your suggestion Zorba, I am still pondering the possibility of encouraging other enterprises in the same premises.

What I need, is a name that will encompass ALL of the interested parties without giving precedence to any one.

As a matter of fact, I am now negotiating with a Jewish chap who is interested in making 'Matzos' and selling it under the same brand name (as yet undetermined) of ALL those interested parties.

I DO have an idea, it will take a little time to research the possibilities of adopting the name I have in mind but, please DO try to suggest something appropriate. :wink:

Oh Zan, I am having so much difficulty in tying up the name in order to suit each section of the shop.

Currently I am dealing with 'Ladies Lingerie' 'Door Furniture' 'Slaughterhouse' 'Jewish Matzos' and NOW...... a further department specializing in the shipment of small goods abroad plus an interesting sideline of rubber ducks in the toy section.

I am completely at a loss as to know WHAT to name the place. :roll:

I really have a serious problem now, how to come up with a name which will cover ALL of the uses.

Any ideas folks?. :lol: :lol: :wink:

"Knobs, Knockers and Trotters"

Job done! :P

Kwackers, Knackers, Knickers, Knockers and Knobs.

Those stopping to read the sign will linger and draw a crowd, it should be good for business,. You could open a kafeneon next door to cater for the crowd - I know a bloke who would sell you the catering equipment for such an establishment but I doubt you would get a discount. :lol: :lol: :lol:

Ladies lingerie = Nicks

Old Knockers = Nanny stacks

Others = Nick Nacks

Matzos = snacks

The problem is that I was thinking of offering you a partnership because I would have liked to purchase the old roof rafters of103 destroyed TC villages, From the GCs who stole them, and see if I can return them to their rightful owners. I even had an idea that I could maybe sell old stone work from around the wells being excavated as Grave stones for the rich....what do you think....Can we pull it off :?:
