You know the answer! Embargoed is a political lobby group officially for 'human rights' (Turkish Cypriot human rights only) but is really calling for an upgrade of the TRNC's status, something I don't want, because I am against partition.

I'm posting this to reveal how shallow these scum are that they would use anybody and mislead everybody to partition Cyprus.

I too do not support partition in any shade presented to us, but to call any TC 'scum' is out of order. I expected better of you. I thought you came here respecting varied opinion. It looks like you do not. This is democracy. respect all sides if you want some credibility.

Think there is one area where polite me would support calling someone and their views as Scum and Scummish... and that's if they are promoting a form of Fascism.

So the question is, and it is a question would like those who know about this Unbungoed mob to answer... Are they a Fascist or Nationalist Group??

Normally I dont use such language but I think CForumers would let me make an exception here. I strongly suspect that Embargoed are contracted to spread propaganda by the TRNC. I believe strongly (you may disagree) that they don't have opinions - they have orders.

They are not the nicest bunch according to some of my close friends because they use unorthodox methods against people in their own community and outside. They antogonise G/Cs and then claim to be victims of racism. Their former chair Ipek is a loud-mouth venomous b*tch.

Whether you disagree with 'Embargoed' or not the language (b***h) is unacceptable. Sana ayıplar olsun.

Bill and I met one of them after the Orams appeal in January. You could not reason with him, he was really aggressive, but he wouldn't hit Bill because he thought he was a famous American film star - I think.

Denizcik as I said, I dont usually refer to people in this way and apologise if I come across as rude, but I must make an exception for Embargoed. Believe me I have heard the group's leading members have links to underground nationalist groups and I know from experience that they love to antagonise G/Cs so much. You obviously don't know the group or feel compelled for another reason to try to cover my criticism by diverting attention elsewhere.
