How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

I have family among the missing. I have a suspicion my family(my uncle) is hiding information to "protect" my grandmother as she had two missing sons and she is an old lady now. Is there a website listing the missung people who have been found?Is there a government department you can contact for information?

I am a tc with 6 missing relatives from 67 (my dads cousins) does the above website list tcs as well?
