Wow, check these stats out..

List of countries by HIV/AIDS adult prevalence rate

1/4 of the people in Swaziland are HIV positive. Incredible.. sad indeed.

And life expectancy...
In Swaziland you're only expected to live until age 39. Absolutely horrible for those people.

Yes, but I heard the high rate is largely because African males like dry sex without condoms. It feels tighter.
