'TRNC' - colony or state?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Oh. There was me thinking you were being helpful by offering a faster approach.

My guess is more than half of all TCs live in a proper democracy somewhere away from Turkey's gangsta regime.

Here are some (admittedly dubious) numbers from wiki that put the number of TCs outside of 'TRNC' at nearly three times those inside:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Turkish_Cypriots

Turkey's regime in Cyprus, 179,000 (but how many of these are settlers?)
United Kingdom, 430,000 (but how many of these are Turks/Kurds?)
Turkey, 30,000
Australia, 25,000
Germany, 10,000
Canada, 5,000
United States, 5,000
Cyprus, 2,500

Niktas what I have noticed living in diaspora, the difference between Greek culture and Cypriot culture are vastly different. Religion is the only common bond between the two cultures I find and that is Christianity in most part and that is to say that because the Germans and Italians share similar religion that they are the same.

However, TC's because of their ingrained beliefs and hard time letting go of the past cannot and choose not to accept that Cyprus is as far from Greece as it needs to be and wants to be. Having said that they are an ally and a strong one at that.

Not a vast amount in south Cyprus then, this goes to show that TCs would rather live anywhere else than as a minority in a GC state.

Two thousand five hundred people; including women, children and even babies. That's an awful lot of exceptions to the rule, not being chopped up and barbecued by their worst enemies, like your propaganda would have us believe.

Oh yes, and how come nearly THREE times as many TCs live in western democracies rather than in the "only alternative to GC despot mindset".
