Ancient (Classical) Greek has been available in state schools in oz for 200 years. I've noticed that chinese or indian kids always get first place when they publish results in the paper.

Classical Greek was spoken by Greeks. The present day inhabitats of Greece (and kurupetos) are barbarians that learned Greek.
