“The Commission is aware that the Government of the Republic of Cyprus declared the three ports mentioned in your question closed after the 1974 events. However, it is the no prohibition under general international law to enter and leave these seaports. There is no trade embargo imposed on the northern part of Cyprus, either by the UN Security Council or the EU.”

lots of arguments will come out after above Angela Filote words. Is there any UN security council or EU decision about Famagusta,Kyrenia and Gemikonağı(Karavostasi) sea ports ?

Stupid position Halil. Certain decision by UN security council or EU can not be issued . Reason? Basic international law: No state/no authority can be created by force of arms!!Therefore such decision is of no means basis international law is already there
