Thats rubbish, firstly, how many foreigners own pre-74 land, the RoC was in control then and you couldn't just go buy up anything.

I am not a TC but a Brit with family property near Bellapais since 68 as did Edward Woodward and the family that owned Mars confectionery. And In fact a number of non-TCs had brought property pre-AP amongst CF members one Eric Seans from what I understand.

I have seen some of those forums - they are complaining about not getting title deeds generally.

The north is like the south, only more so, where developers, lawyers and politicians collude to the determinant of property buyers. As the south is in the EU it needs to meet external standard, have an ombudsman/woman - there is some come back but less in the north unless you know the right people of course.
