Also a vibrating table to vibrate the air from cement, cement mixer although could do with a new one. lots of stands and shelving to hold all the stock and moulds .At present there also comes with it, around €3000 worth of stock ready for selling.

I have been building this up since xmas {in between my other work} and I am probably just a weeks worth of work away from being completely ready to sell.
All that is left to do is build a few wooden boxes to transport the finished products to market {this business is also very suited to run from a premises.}
I was going to use my double cab truck to transport them to market, I have even 3 parts made a metal framed carrier for all the boards tiles and market stall that fits onto the back of the truck. But it can also be done with a van or trailer. You will have the option of selling the ready made tiles signs to tourists, or to the local residents, these are signs that can be put together while the customer waits or they can take away and assemble themselves. It really is that simple. Cheap and cheerful for the customer and profitable for you.

So why am I selling? To be absolutely honest we have been here in Cyprus for around three years now, and we have been honest with ourselves in deciding that we miss home too much, my wife has been wanting to go back home to the UK for over a year now, and we made the decision, {just as I am near completion of setting this up}, to go back home. This is genuinely a good opportunity for someone to reap the rewards of my endeavours.
With what I have spent on setting this up and the time spent getting as far as I have I am looking for €10 000 euros to hand it over as it is. I realise that this is a large sum of money for some, but as I have found it, if you are lucky enough to find work in Cyprus, it is usually poorly paid, so if there is anyone out there that was looking to invest this sum and was looking for a small little business to start working for themselves, well then this is definitely worth a look.
I did consider to take it back to the UK but with the weather I don’t think I could produce every day like I can here with the great weather.
