Indigenous Cypriots aren't to blame for what's happened in Cyprus. They are entirely innocent victims.

The only issue I might have with you is that your forebears kept or adopted the customs of the invader for an easier life and to avoid taxes.

I pay a shit load of tax.

Plus, I did not ask to be under an international embargo.

I was talking about your forebears, during the Ottoman period.

As for the international embargo, I'm afraid you're going to have to take that up with Turkey, who ought never to have established a "Turkish Republic" in the north, for the international community to be compelled to embargo.

We paid tax under Ottoman rule too, Muslims just paid less, I am sorry but it is an Empire, a religious one too, that is how they usually come.

You are not fighting Turkey, you are fighting me.

If you support Turkey's establishment of a "Turkish Republic" in the north part of Cyprus, then indeed I am. And you're no innocent indigenous Cypriot.

I don't want to have to support it, but I don't want to have to trust you either.

Plus I know quite a few Italian origin TC's from the Luricina area who kept changing religions according to which one was more profitable.

If you want to live cheap, it is as simple as that
