Hi everyone

Anyone know if it is possible to find out the owner of a car by its number plate by means of a free website in cyprus?

Every access to personal data is now recorded and can be used against any civil servant who tries to sell or use someones private data without one's knowledge. So if someone threatened you and/or writes your licence plate in front of you.. you can notify police right away and when your number is looked up in near future you can really fuck up someones career. Done in once, know your rights....

Thanks alll for aour reply. I visited a small plot of land my mother owns on the south and saw someone had built a garage on her land and none of the neighbours were around to ask who did it so I took down the number plate and need to trace it.

CBBB would your source help me out?

As with any computer, there are ways around it, PNC included, would you chance fucking up your career and face a prison term for a friend though?

Tow the car out and knock down the garage. Or set fire to it,see if the insurer pays as it was not on public land.
