I agree, I cant..., well I can get you the registered owner for 50 Euro or we can go with option 2 (above) for 500 Euro. hahaha

Thanks alll for aour reply. I visited a small plot of land my mother owns on the south and saw someone had built a garage

Is this by any chance a TC property in the RoC? I ask because, where I live, most of the TC properties have had the enclosed courtyard wall (street side) knocked down so the GCs residing in them can park their cars there. The houses being so old they were not built with garages and are in very narrow streets.

Nothing wrong with justice for both sides is there? :lol:

Some guy built a ware house on MY land. He WAS the old moukhta's son.

We came to a mutually agreed solution. He bought it. :lol:

Here is your simple answer;

Have the title deeds to hand and a topografic map.

Go there and call the police that someone is tresspassing and they will come and do the trace for you. Job done.

The police have to move him.

I would say that this is a case of civil action as there is compensation to be made whilst the garage was there, who will order the demolition of the garage etc. The Police will just come and record the complaint, trace the alleged suspect and have a word with him. Not sure how good it will be to report the case to the lands office. If that doesn't work then civil action is the only way round.

...and that just cost you 200 Euro for legal aid. Please pay the receptionist on the way out....

Thank you
