Rolandis collaborator

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Rolandis collaborator

Postby Kifeas » Sun Jul 25, 2010 9:25 pm

Yusuf Kanli of Hurriyet Daily News is a Turkish Cypriot, anti-Greek Cypriot and pro partition Denktashist fanatic. One needs only read his numerous articles in HDN to immediately figure out the colors of his shield. Recently, he gave out Nicos Rolandis, that horrible, miserable and idiotic retired GC politician, as his collaborator. Enjoy Yusuf kanli (and Nicos Rolandis too) in the following link. On the right column you may also read the most recent of Kanli’s articles on Cyprus, so as not to have any doubts where he comes from.

Telling the truth always upsets some people!

And unfortunately, much of what Rolandis wrote reflects the blindness of many G.C's to reality! But I also fully agree with John Kimons comments and would be interested to see what the other side have to say?

Cymart, which is this "blindness of many G.C's to reality" that Yusuf Kanli's friend Mr. Rolandis wrote about?

Cymart, how many people have so far told you that you are a particularly arrogant individual? Add to them myself!

Good article, good comment. Kifeas, nothing wrong with accepting the issues as they are. If more people did that the division would grow narrower not wider. Cymart demonstrated maturity - strange how you see that as arrogance.

I don't care what you believe about me, I am concerned that the division is getting significantly wider.
I know our side and I know your side, and both hardly need any reason to behave badly - nor for that matter do outside influencers.

Rolandis tells the truth, he never minces his words. His list of plans we rejected was reported first in the Greek Cypriot press. He is the most rational and pragmatic person that resides in this island and if he has Turkish friends, like secular Yusuf Kanli, good for him. Only a distorted mind can see a collaborator in Rolandis but if one needs to seek out collaborators, then one needs to look no further than those whose interests (personal or thick nationalistic ones) made them reject every single solution plan that was put in front of us since 1947.

What is terribly wrong here Bananiot, is not that Cyprus has been rejecting plans, but that some body keeps producing and introducing them!

Doesn’t that ever strike you?

He is the most rational and pragmatic person that resides in this island...

Err, yeah... you're entitled to your opinion!

It seems you too have a passion for "plans"! I wonder why...
