I don't by this cultural thing anymore .......... people are people regardless the basic need is to love and be loved back ...... so someone doesn't like going to Cypriot dances for example go on your own lol.

My Scots hubby is more Cypriot than any TC, and at least as Cypriot as most GCs! :D

No to the question but I have been married for 15 years to a cypriot and it's just because I cannot imagine myself with a non cypriot, I however have a cousin who was married to a cypriot for 13 years and the marriage ended, she has been married to a Jamacian man for the last 10 years and is very happy, My brother was married to a English lady and that ended, I have meny Irish aunties and a Iranian uncle they have been in the family longer than I have and seem to be very happy, so my conclusion is that it depends completly upon the individual weather it works or not.

I agree, bad weather can ruin a marriage. :? :lol:
