What would you call those who immediately after, or during the Turkish invasion, fled to Greece?

I do not know. I came here from England in 1976. I had left Cyprus in June 1963.
Seeing the Cypriots who settled here one does not see many EOKA sympathizers. Most are business and professional people who find work here more easily than in Cyprus. And by strange coincidence all the GC media people I know are left wingers.
