TCs and the Turkish army have excluded ALL comunities from the north. So it is not a simple issue of GC versus TC and the other way round. It is a desire to be different from all others in Cyprus, a kind of overdone Turkishness that seems to be at work here.

So now we have two areas on Cyprus, one exclusivley TC and Turkish and the other Pancypriot since that is where all the other communities have been puhsed.

There is more than one way to see a situation.

How many Maronites, Latins, Armenians, Roma, and GCs are free to carry on in the TRNC.

Saying you live with other nationalities is like the GCs claiming everything is hunky dory because there are thousands of Sri Lankans. I was referring to native communities who obviously have been clensed from the north. Tourists and economic migrants do not count.

But they only get a 90 days in 180 days visa for eu nationals ..???

Methinks "optimistic" is going to find out why his "brain cells" have served him well in the past and why the TCs really could not function alongside GCs ... nothing to do with "massacres" and everything to do with the TC "superior attitude".

I can answer your original question quickly.

MOST GCs on THIS site do seem to hate all TCs (they don't even like you mentioning their existence).

A couple of them DO definitely hate all TCs and wish death on them.

However, if you'd asked if 'all GCs hate TCs' my answer would be different.

NO - they don't! Not in 'real life'. Unfortunately, this forum doesn't represent very much of 'real life' in Cyprus. Probably because most of the regular contributors do not reside in Cyprus at all or only come here 'on holiday' like Lady O. And then she chooses to live amongst her own kind - the Brits.
