Prehaps instead of compensation a fair exchange plan, for those who want their land in the North/South back it will not work but for those who have now built their lives wherever they may be they will have the right to stay, being that the other party also wishes to stay wherever they maybe, valuations should be taken into consideration on a pre 74 level and then title deeds can be given to those who people legally.
