How many have shown remorse for the lands which some farmer in the south is using of ours?! Call your politicians worms before you throw those stones at me. You are beyond contempt!

Papadopulous wanted us dead from decades ago. GCs voted him in to represent them - show me where the love and "Cypriotness" was eh!

Represent the whole island - like hell you do - jumped up arrogant hypocrite.

We are talking malice and hatred from 1974 not last week you fool.
I don't have a problem with either side using the others property pending a settlement - that does not include selling it to carpetbaggers or gifting it to settlers.

How the hell can you complain against Papadopoulos when you had the arch criminal Denktash representing you.

And before you start your whingeing about "genocide" in 1963 think back to what YOU started in 1958 when you were top dogs hiding behind British uniforms. Even since independece you fought for inter-communal violence to further the cause of partition, you have got what you wanted but always complain because you took casualties. Turkish Cypriots were outnumbered 4 to 1, what the hell did you think would happen? That was the plan all along wasn't it - provoke the GCs and Turkey would invade - but no need the mainland Greek fascists gave you the excuse instead.

You need a reality check fool!

VP you said:

"the ships may come and go like clock work the problem is surrendering your goods which could be your whole livelihood to GC authorities to process, "

There is NO PROCESSING OF GOODS IN EU TRADING. That is the reason that the EU granted powers of certification to the TC Chamber of Commerce. Once an invoice is drawn up, and the Chamber certifies the goods that is it, there is no more formalities.

EU Free trade rules forbid the customs checking goods moving inside the EU.

You are trying desperately to rationalise a non problem. And you have not responded as to the treatment TC businessmen get if they export via RoC ports now.

"If you have ever lived in Cyprus, you will know the system is worked for those running it. To deny that is to be a fool or a liar."

I have lived in Cyprus. And I did have two relatives working for the state wine company, SODAP and I do know how things were done. I also know things have changed.

You guys are trying to prove a point which is totally off the wall. If a TC businessman books cargo space on a ship belonging to Grmaldi, one of the biggest European shipping companies, there is fuck all the GCs can do to prohibit movement of that cargo. If they do then they are liable to all kinds of EU sanctions and fines.

Cargo to and from the EU DOES NOT PASS THROUGH ANY CUSTOMS. How much more clearly than that do you need it stated? Call up Grmaldi or any other shipping company, visit your chamber of commerce, check up on the facts before you hypothesize wildly.

Don't you guys buy stuff from Amazon UK? Anyone who does knows that EU goods movement is totally unfettered by formalities.

VP, it seems anything goes. Do your utmost if you have to but 'retain your dignity' should be the motto.
