How much is the social security payments to Tc retirees, or the expense of funding the Tc with free medical care in the ROC, how about the 12000 of these people who can work and own their own businesses in the ROc just like any other

For the year 2003-2004 Social Security payments to tissies amounted to 32.3 million Euros

Since 2003 24,420 tissies have received treatments at hospitals in the Free Areas at a cost of 6.9 million Euros

40,000 tissies are holders of passports of the Republic

79,000 are holders of birth certificates issued by the Republic

67,000 are holders of ID cards of the Republic

In 2005 Total Economic Assistance to our tissies amounted to close on 40 Million Euros

Thanks Bill....but why do these Tissies keep refering to themselves as being isolated and embargoed? Is the land they illegally occupy today theirs or was it stolen and ethnicaly cleansed from the Gc ? Are the Gc allowed to go back to their homes and properties inthe occuppied areas ? Can Gc's work or open up businesses inthe occuppied areas? and why not?

Trying to break the link some of the scammier tissies use to link mythical economic isolations of tissies with the very real and justifiable embargoes of the Illegal Regime.

In some cases the isolations are imposed not by the RoC but by the Illegal regime itself as next example will show.

I get the impression Im debating with a 10yo....you are the ones who claim to represent TCs that why you are forced to provide the "benefits" in question because if you didnt then recognition of the TRNC would immediatey follow, the embargoes are policies which you can impliment without recourse.
