"Turkey demanded territorial changes" ...

And EOKA Didn't?, Yawwwwwwwwwwnn

First of all, Turkey is a foreign country and has no right to demand "territorial changes" in another sovereign country; and secondly, EOKA had support from over 80% of the country (over 95% from the natives) and was removing an invader who itself imposed "territorial changes".

1) Turkey were one of the Guarantors of the 1960 Constitution which Big Mac, later decided was unworkable, thus many TC's were forced from their Jobs and government positions.

2)So the TC's forced to move from their homes were making it up????.

Tomorrow is the anniversary of the Greek Junta supported Coup against the RoC. Is anyone commemorating this event which 'destroyed the unity of Cyprus?

The supposed final nail in the coffin that was being built around us TCs since 1963.

How does any of the "cockoo" crap you posted entitle a foreign country to invade and demand territorial changes?

How did it destroy the "unity of Cyprus"? Because the TCs decided to bash the GCs as much as, and more so, than the junta?

The excuse you were waiting for! Failed in 1964, succeeded in 1974.

Really? I don't think the junta were interested in "territorial changes" ... more like leadership changes to suit the USA!

The Turkish mainlander in my cousin's house still has his TV. My uncle said he also left his bridges (teeth) maybe the mainlander wears my uncle's false teeth as well.

"Accept it and move on"

Really? Is that how the Nazis were defeated in Europe? By accepting the changes they brought about and moving on? Is that how the Berlin wall fell? Humanity progresses when what you call history is reversed.

By analogy maybe you should accept that what was brought about in 1974 is abnormal and should be reversed so we can all move on.

Niki, the Nazis wanted world domination. TCs wanted a peaceful homeland.
The Berlin wall fell as the peoples of Germany had more in common that that which differentiated themselves.
Humanity progresses when the painful events of history are not repeated and people actively work to achieve common human goals that provide safety, opportunity and liberation for all.
