Can someone enlighten me as to weather the contract is valid if the land is pre 74 Turkish title as I purchased a plot of land next door several years ago and that is, so it may well be also :?

Erm... as far as know the land on which the Pseudocratos is built is in the ownership of the Church.

I know, the Avatar which Optimistic is using really "belongs" to Deniz. I wish she would choose a different one so to eliminate the confusion.! :idea:
