Its real simple. The pseudo-Cratos won't get a penny. It's inconceivable. I think the hotel will be lucky if J-Lo's people were to return the $3 million up front payment.
But that aside, how, if on the one hand, the pseudo-Cratos is claiming $40 million worth of damages can you, on the other hand, be claiming some sort of fabulous media coup? It can't be both.
The truth is, it's been a PR disaster at a cost of $3 million. And, if the pseudo-Cratos is seriously thinking of taking out a costly court action in the US, the PR disaster will turn into an utter catastrophe.
