MATYAT(MATHIATIS) VILLAGE LAUNCH LEGAL ACTION AT ECHR !!!!!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Those with an eye for the truth, and as we have seen with JLo's more informed decision, will be turning away from the Turkish lies and naturally gravitating to supporting the plight of the GCs. That does not mean they are biased. Just informed.

So, I take it that TCs are still able to apply to the ECHR because the RoC has not set up an equivalent of the IPC as a local remedy?

The RoC does not need to set up an "IPC" because it has NOT occupied another country; now fuck off and stay in the "north" next time you visit for instructions!

Well Gasman, the applications of TCs of land left in the south and villages razed to the ground have still to be heard at the ECHR, an IPC is necessary given the RoC continues to utilise TC homes and lands in the south with no compensation. ECHR unlikely to want thousands of TCs applying to them for their rights.

Thanks for that reply Acikgoz.

And thanks to Orifice for the predictable 'fuck off'.
