We are looking to rent a 3 or more bedroomed, large unfurnished property, for long term (up to 5 years) preferably in a rural/semirural location east of Larnaca. We are looking for something with a pool and a decent size garden to accommodate our 1000 plus cacti and plant collection. We dont mind if the property has additional outbuildings or land as this could be of use to us.
We dont have any children living with us and we have a dog and a cat who behave themselves. We could supply references and
we are landlords ourselves both in Cyprus and the UK so we know how you would like to have your property looked after by a tenant. We have been in our current rental for 18 months which we have now outgrown.
We are not looking for a property that is overlooked or in a concrete jungle, The more rural the better, ideally on the outskirts of a village or town.
