Looking for a cheap car just for a run around once or twice year any suggestions even if i can't buy one what about hire? many thanks rog

rent a car cost about 20 euros a day get to know the rentcar company and time of year should not matter..
buy a cheap car you will have to keep it taxed and mot and insure it.. cost break down. mot 35 euros every 2 years insurance say 140 euros year tax say 42 euros for 1litre car works out the same depends how many times you come over.. if you hire a car you dont have to put tyres change oil your choice.. Also dont expect to get a great cat under a 1000 euros hope this helps iv bought a cheap cheap car going to tax it mot and service it its an old car but when its ready it will still get 500 euros as everyone needs a car here

i have a good car worth a few thousand and so does my mrs but i bought this other as a spare. as my other car been in for a service and i was without car. so to be honest not sure if i would sell it i will let you know if i change my mind

I have an old Mitsubishi Gallant 1988 model. In all the old cars, some maintenance is required from time to time. I am interested to sell it at 700 Euros at duty paid price and must go in July/August.
