We're currently looking for a 2-bedroom house or apartment for rent in Kiti, Larnaca.
We don't mind if it's furnished or unfurnished, price range we can afford per month is €300-€500.

Pictures would be very helpful, as we're currently living in Limassol at the moment.

As soon as possible actually, but I have to give at least 1 month notice to my current landlord. It will be a longterm rent. I would've prefer it if it was in Kiti area.

No problem if you do change your mind let me know. pervolia is about 1 mile from Kiti village centre with a lot more to offer in my opinion. the apartment is in a block of 8 and fully furnished. It has never been rented out since I brought it from new 7 years ago. so the flat is like new still, I only spend 2 to 4 weeks a year out there. more and more less these days. I would be looking for €400 per month. if you are up that way checking out others let me know and I could get some one to show you around. I will be out there is summer but it would be available from the 20th August. Good luck with your hunt
