Or, did I ask a perfectly reasonable question based on what is written in the article i.e. that the "fugitive Asil Nadir will do ANYTHING to return to Britain"?

But this is O's style. I sussed it ages ago and said so.

O makes what looks like a 'statement' or a 'headline' or a 'quote', then puts a QUESTION MARK at the end to qualify it as her 'own opinion' if it gets queried!

She does the same when spouting nasty insults to other forum members.

Doesn't say for instance 'You are not wanted on this forum'.

Instead says 'DID YOU KNOW you are not wanted on this forum?'

In the same way she puts stupid laughing smilies at the end of some of her worst racist remarks - leaves it open to her to say it was obviously not serious or WADDEVER!

Asil Nadir had friends in high places in the UK. I've no doubt he has friends in high places in other countries too. Who gives a fig about him - he won't be around much longer going by the way he looks in the photographs!

I asked a question based on what is written in the article. Why do you have a problem with that?

There must be a reason why this " fugitive Asil Nadir will do ANYTHING to return to Britain" ... and that is a quote!

So far, only Kikapu has come up with a viable reason ..... apart from mine based on Nadir being disgusted with his surroundings. And that, my dear, is based on the psychology of why OLD men choose child brides. They are usually disgusted by their ageing forms and pending "shuffling off this mortal coil"!

Do you struggle with maths as well as language? She was 21 when they married after "courting" for some time whilst she was a student! And he's 43 years older than her so just in relative terms, that's pretty weighted! I wonder what she found so attractive about the 65 year old Billionaire, Nadir?

As for his friend's comment that he is an "anglophile", well big deal. he'll say anything to get out of the occupied north! As the article states:
