Hi I recently purchased a Dazzle Platinum DVC 100 capture card and I set it up from my computer to my xbox360 and tv. I installed everything but when i go onto the Pinnacle Studio (editing programme) and try to use the device to record my gameplay, it says it cannot connect to my capture card.

Can anybody help me because I really want to start filming!

I've done all of that, followed the instructions they gave me and it still says "Pinnacle Studio is unable to connect to your video device". The dazzle has a little green light which is lit up when i connect it to my computer, I've set up all the wiring right, and it still won't work!
