Before you all abandon the forum to get down to lobby the taxi-drivers at LCA

Not likely to happen is it? Most of them would have to book a flight to Cyprus first to get down to Larnaca Airport!

Well in which case we won't have far to go when we get to LCA.

Perhaps you should all get yourselves down to Larnaca Airport and lobby all the Mercedes people carriers from NorthCyprusTaxis.com who were queued there last night waiting to collect people from the airport and take them north. Lots of TC plated cars too.

They were not on the forefront taxi rank, but just back a bit, queued on the approach to it, not in the car parks, and making no attempt to hide away anywhere, their vehicles emblazoned across the rear windows and on roof signs with the name of their company and the website address.

The drivers so nonchalant about being there that some of them were dozing with their windows wide open and their feet up on the dashboard while they waited.

I'm surprised the GC taxi drivers don't have something to say - they make enough fuss if a GC plated CAR pulls up anywhere in the vicinity of their 'turf'.

You know what? I've been watching you for some time now criticising the GC's for this, angry at the GC's for that, making fun of the GC's for something else....and I've come to the conclusion after deep meditation and thought that you need a good shag.

Malapapa ... from what I made of the article she is not going to visit the occupied areas of Cyprus, it does not say I didn't get the impression she has no ownership in the hotel.

Glad to see though that after lots of lobbying she decided not to attend to the occupied area. I guess she is very concerned about her reputation.

Boys, there's only been the one unconfirmed report, the one that Mala reports on above, that she's had the good sense to pull out of this attempted propaganda stunt by supporters of the Illegal Regime.

The organisers of the protest, our cousins over at CANA in the USA, are asking the protest continues 'til cancellation is confirmed by JLo's agents.

My guess is that when she does pull out it will be 'a nice bit of rump'.
