Jennifer Lopez opening hotel in occupied areas?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Bozoglu whatever.... Pertinent fact that I picked up was the performance date as the 24th.

Don't try and get around me, me old China.

.....and how dare you claim ownership of a word in the Language. .... you naughty tissy hadron you. Take a vinyl record of your drawn out fishing tales and yarns to a Chinaman, make a twirl, an about turn and don't stall on the rotating doors on the way out.

(VW if you're still around was that OK?)

Hadron as in sub-atomic particle?
Do you mean take or record a vinyl record?
When did a Chinaman come into it?
Turn and twirl, out of where?

Kind of think I get where you are going but really only if I try hard and squint my eyes. If I was this car you're asking if that was OK, I probably would say no not really.

If it was to have been the 24th then I pull retract the comment of understanding the sensitivities of her performance. Do you think the spin-doctors got the better of me - I think so ...

She always was going to perform on her birthday, NOT the 20th. This was just a case of the GCs adding 2+2 and making 5 (i.e. making a meal out of it!).

If you bothered to read the link in the first post you would see that the official opening is on 20th July. Why do you think the Hotel decided to choose that particular day VW?

You are confusing the official opening date with the date she was going to perform - not the same dates and nothing to do with each other.

I'm quite capable of reading the link I posted myself, VW. I do not dispute that she was going to perform on 24th.

Now answer you can my question, why do you think the hotel decided to officially open on 20th July?

Simples. July 20th is a v.important day in TRNC. It marks the beginning of their liberation. If the shoe was on the other foot, are you telling me the GCs wouldn't celebrate it just as much?
If they wanted to tie the two together, why didn't they ask her to perform on the opening night?

"Liberation" a euphemism for colonisation and extinction of TCs by Turkey. You know very well what it means to thousands of GCs and yet you complain because GC pressure interfered with the "celebration"

Jennifer Lopez born 24th July 1969, I would have thought that even you could have figured that one out.

beginning of their liberation my foot. If liberation was the major goal they would have done it without stealing anyone's land and without pushing 200 000 people out of their homes. Liberation where the liberated community become a minority in "their liberated state" is a joke.

You are rapidly edging to the piss off line.
