Well go ahead ask them! Most of the replies you will get will be about uncles. Well to tell you the truth about 300 younger people in my family call me uncle.If one day a TC will kill me, 300 people will say the TCs killed their uncle as if 300 different uncles were killed!
It is not our problem if all of these have only one English translation: amca (including father's friends etc), dayi, eniste (aunties', sisters', cousins', mother's cousins' and father's cousins' husbands). These are all called "uncle" in English. But making fun of the dead people is like making fun of the black old Greek ladies holding the pictures of their missing ones. Got it?
