Found a real 'Hellenic' one. Can't get more 'Hellenic' than this.

Souvenir shop on the corner of the seafront road leading to Lazarus.

Didn't see much evidence of 'Hellenism' where I lived in Limassol either. But I was close to the Old Town there too.

If the above is Hellenic/Helenic what is this below?

I would say Cyprus was more Byzantine than Helenic/Hellenic!!

I would say Cyprus was more Byzantine than Helenic/Hellenic!!

And, in tourist areas, it looks more 'Chav Brit' than Hellenic (whatever that's supposed to mean).

We have a China Town in all Australian cities as well. In some parts of Melbourne, you think you are in down town Athens. So what?

You need to get out a bit more!

In Cyprus we have Agia Napa, mosques and synagogues, but the island is still predominately Hellenic. You can see the evidence all over Cyprus and by simply just asking the locals.

No need to produce a certificate for the bleeding obvious!
