World's first bionic cat

Postby mystic » Sat Jun 26, 2010 10:19 am

This is true, Oscar has become the world's first bionic cat after having pioneering new surgery which has left him with 2 prosthetic paws. He is now walking on them ok. An amazing vet and a very brave cat.

It would appear that the feline species is among the most resilient of creatures and it is not surprising that THIS one has coped so well with such trauma.

However, compared to a cat which I observed recently (and I am by no means an expert) I would suggest that it is more deserving of the title 'Bionic Cat' than the one here described.

The intelligence of the cat I now refer to was frankly quite astounding and the action it completed would be a welcome practice to all those concerned with 'Ecological' matters.

I actually saw this cat digging a hole in the ground, defecating within it and THEN !!, the creature actually covered up the hole completerly burying the contents of it.

I tried to capture the animal (for I am sure it must be worth a fortune) but , alas, it hastily departed when I approached it and I am sure that it's departure was due to the fact that it would have preferred to have completed it's task unobserved.

I do wonder if any other person has any knowledge of this particular cat, I saw it on a corner building site in the Voroklini area quite recently.

Strangely enough, the main contractor seems to have the name 'Miltiades' though I do doubt that there be any connection to the member currently blessed with the same name.
