Translation:

A friend of mine who lives in Moscow = This Russian girl from Moscow.

we met in London = we met on the internet.

expressed an interest in visiting Cyprus = wants to meet me.

Is a visa required ? The entrant has a hotel booking confirmation and a return ticket = Will she need a visa if I pay for her hotel and a return ticket?

According to Wikipedia trolling does not include pointing out that someone is making contradictory statements (or lying).

In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room, or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into a desired emotional response[1] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion

That is what it says in the link I posted, but as I said, that doesn't include pointing out that you were contradicting yourself. We should all just ignore it when you are lying?
