An alphabet for Cypriot-Greek and Cypriot-Turkish

Postby Omer Seyhan » Wed Jun 23, 2010 3:49 am

I propose a common alphabet for both Cypriot-Greek and Cypriot-Turkish which we can call the Cypriot alphabet . Even one is Altaic and the other Indo-European, I think unity can be promoted with language too. Many Cypriots share hundreds if not thousands of common words and have very similar pronunciation.

5. Bøyÿg gemi bøyÿg fĭrtuna

Can somebody do the same with Cypriot Greek expressions...

delik = hole

deliği/delii = ıts hole

göt = arse.bottom

But 'örekesi' usually accompanies 'ananın' which is not very nice.
