I am not a big contributor on this forum, but I do regularly read most threads. Since 'vuvuzelas' departure, the quality of threads have definitely improved.

It's a TC free speech thread. Therefore, free speech exists as long as this free speech does not exceed the GC free speech quota of 0.2! Therefore, mathematically, 5 GCs will have the same amount of free speech as 1 TC! :lol:
