Complete waste of young lives.
Have a listen to what they say in the video.
99% of all soviet battles in Afghanistan were won by the Soviets, only for the Taliban to come back and reclaim those battle zones that were 'won' after the Soviets left. So nothing was actually achieved.
Half a million Soviets troops couldn't make a difference.

Never mind NATO. The British had the most wars there. They always learn the hard way. They are only after revenge for the earlier debacles.

All these kids die for what exactly? Uncle Sam? What a lot of ******'s they are.
