Oddly enough 5 months ago they gave licenses to drill along the east seaboard, from deleware to georgia.....and this is allowed to happen

...sooner than later they'll be drilling in Canada's Arctic Seas, thanks to Harper who feels this is not so big an issue.

...as for the Tar Sands, they are dark the Arctic is white; how does that play out physically, heat wise.
