Oh my i just cooked this with olive oil and some salt, simply amazing. I haven't tasted anything nicer. In my 22 years this is the first time I have tried them :<.

Anyhow do they have them in Cyprus or should I buy extra with me and bring them over there.

They stand on the side of the road selling the wild asparagus 'off the beaten track' in Cyprus. Yes it is delicious and yes you can buy sparrer grass here.

In Cyprus you can pick Wild Asparagus in the Winter, which is a lot tastier than the domesticated type you buy from the shops.

With Asparagus I usually dice up some potatoes and onions and fry them with a couple of eggs, then towards the end throw in some black olives.
