I was in Cyprus during the turkish invasion and moved to Canada. I am planning a return there very soon and heard that there are government programs out there that provide subsidies and grants and housing to individuals that were displaced. Can anyone provide more info on this and also the waiting time to get the subsidized housing, my mum is already living there and has a home thru the program. Thanks

The refugee house grant is only about €10,000.

There are many other grants in Cyprus (called “Χορηγία” ) which you’ll find under here…
