YFred posts were junk! They should also ban Halil. He posts all the Bycrap junk here but when I made a comment at the Bycrap website the message said that it would be reviewed by some administrator first. My message was never published! Freedom of speech my arse! If Bycrap doesn't give freedom of speech to us why should we give freedom of speech to bycrap?

Admins do have a lot of power,and with that comes a lot of responsibility...People need to be satisfied that justice has been done...In other words,justice,especially natural justice,needs to be seen to be done,as well as be done...That cannot happen if we only hear one side of the story....

like rolling the forum in a cylindrical shape and shaving it in everyones ass, and then he singles out the admin and offers the same treatment...

he then said this forum is banned from his computer...

Admin doesn't have to report to me,true...But Admin needs to convince me,and quite a few other forumers here, that everything is above board,and that YFred has been treated fairly...I think Admin made a mistake when he deleted those thread(s)...The impression had been created in some forumer's minds that there has been perhaps a miscarriage of justice...This casts a shadow over the forum,as we are dealing with very sensitive political and social issues here...

I do not want to perpetuate a thread which now seems to be going round in circles, but wish to express my views on this before Admin brings a merciful end to this thread.

This is an 'Open House' to enter, but like any club you join, you need to operate within the Club's Rules and these are set by Admin, period. Heaven knows there is a degree of latitude of behaviour here that would not be tolerated elsewhere. We cannot operate a policy of 'public' appeal against bans; it would be unworkable.

YFred has received a ban for good reason, let's move on and welcome him back when/if he returns. There is no pleasure in editing deleting posts or banning members, it is only done when the Mod/Admin believe the action will be in the interests of CF - and thus the majority of members.

I would also refute any suggestion of a pro TC policy in administration of CF; just take a look at CY 44 or Cyprus Living if you wish to see examples of biased moderation and those given to personal prejudice.

I didn't mean to suggest there was an active pro-TC administration (as I have done in the past ) but there is definitely something of the overt GC hospitality (and I don't know whether Admin is GC) where the underdogs (mentally impoverished) are treated with extra special care and given more leeway before being chastised.
