There is nothing on your web site to indicate that it is a valid business. What is that security assurance tab you have there? You need logos ... something that stands out to indicate that your site is secure. Before giving my credit card info online...the first thing i check to see is an indication that the site is legit, secure and has approved SSL certificate status from say verisign. You may want to look into that. Secondly, I do not want to spend time filling out some checkout form. Should i be giving you all this personal info? Do yourself a favor and get with the times. A lot of people have paypal accounts. You want to make it easier for your customers to purchase your product? Well then, add Paypal as a payment option. Third, at the bottom of your site it states Copyright 2005...update that, the year is 2010. Fourth, your banner logo is not click-able...its just an image. I am looking for a home button on your web site and i cant find one. On every web site, when you click on the banner logo...it takes you to the web site's home page.

When i click on the link above...instantly i see a Paypal logo on top. Look at those pretty security logos on the bottom. Its updated. Easy to browse, user friendly. Good to go.

They’ve done a very good job for what the site is supposed to do. The only thing I would do is tone down the bright blue of the menus with a smart/classic navy colour.

Of course, this may have an effect on your stationary (letterheads etc)… I don’t know.

For your info...the link i provided is a VERY successful web site. In other words...a LOT of people buy from that site.
