just to let people know of a new shop that has opened in kato paphos, it is called " Wellgoods Cypressa, cash and carry it has lots of good quality frozen/fresh fish beef chicken prawns, as well as tinned and jars of food. spices
i personally go for the frozen chicken breasts {skinless} they are only €5.25 per kilo, and they are succulent and moist.
i also get my st ivel cheese from there at €5.25 per kilo, that's around half price of the big supermarkets. and our back bacon, same make as all the big supermarkets, at only €5.30 per kilo and to top it all off the owner Nikos { i think he maybe from south Africa?} is a lovely man who will go out of his way to help you, in fact i have been struggling to find the spice star anise for ages and he has promised he will have it for me next week.
just thought i would let other members know about him.
the shop is in kato paphos on the same road and side as the fresh fruit supermarket and is facing the western union money exchange. { i believe some people refer to this road as Russian road?

Chillis in Paralimni has alot of cheap stuff, I believe that they have a store in Limassol as well.

Sports Direct in Paralimni is insane with Prices. So so cheap.
