I suspect you'll come up with your lateral 2-dimensional sphere before the turks come up with $11.5 billion for that pipeline...

They dont dare, Turkey has also started exploration.

Turkey can explore all she wants, but if any oil and gas fields are found to be in the RoC's EEZ , the RoC will prevent any international oil drilling company from bringing up the oil and gas without her approval. Turkey will need to deal with the RoC to form their EEZ borders. What Turkey signed with the "trnc" for the oil and gas exploration in the area between northern Cyprus and Turkey, is not worth the paper it was written on. As a matter of fact, anything Turkey makes an agreement with the "trnc" has ZERO value Internationally. It's a kind of embarrassing to see Turkey making a complete joke of herself when ever she makes any agreement with the "trnc" that was meant to be a Internationally recognized agreements.

The whole episode with Turkey and the "trnc" signing any kind of agreements can be best described as the movie, "HARVEY". Imagining "virtual reality" can be a great fun, but that's it, just great fun ONLY.!

Do you read newspapers?

Only if it has journalistic integrity and honesty to write facts and not fiction. I doubt the papers you read in the north conforms to the above principles.

Turkey recognizes the TRNC and the TRNC recognizes Turkey so who gives a shit about the rest, this is business between 2 countries that recognize each other. I would love to see the "RoC" try and stop Turkey, what are they gonna do get an other internaitonally stamped piece of paper to bring to a halt Turkish exploration? well they better do it right away as Turkey is exploring as we write here on this forum.

First of all, I can't read Greek and secondly, I have yet to see any Greek written newspapers in Switzerland. I see a lot of Turkish written newspaper, but not Greek. Just for the record, I do not read Turkish written newspapers either but I do read Chinese Fortune cookies, which is about the same as reading any Turkish written newspapers.

As I've said, which you failed to understand, that exploring is one thing, but bringing it up to the surface is another, or do you think Turkey will do her own drilling without outside help.? I guess they will start drilling soon after they pipe water from Turkey to the "trnc", right.? That proposal has been going for the past 30+ years if I'm not mistaken. In any case, Turkey can drill for oil in her own EEZ no problem. Let us know when they find anything. For some unknown reasons, all the areas the Ottoman Empire has lost seems to be where all the oil and gas is and none in the areas they kept. I don't know whether it was a curse or a blessing for Turkey and the rest of the world.
