It's an isolated incident, I assume? Do you judge all races by isolated incidents. Tell me, what is your stereotype of Russian women?

Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened.

OK - I get it. Like lots of other stuff in Cyprus. Some is best 'swept under the carpet' and never mentioned in public?

It was a shocking incident. A child died. The more publicity it gets the less likelihood there will be of another father 'forgetting he locked his young son in the car' in very hot weather and not returning to the car for 9 hrs.

It's why organizations like the RSPCA run expensive advertising campaigns about not leaving your DOG in a car for more than a few minutes in very hot weather.

Because advertising WORKS.

A woman told how she accidentally left her grandson in her burning house as she rescued her beloved dogs.

Mandy Hands, 45, said she forgot 11-year-old Curtis...

She is 45 years old and she has an 11 years old grand-son??

Mrs Hands' husband Craig, 41...

And her husband is even younger! 41 year old grandfather of an 11 year old boy!! WTF?

It was an unfortunate accident which will lumber the doctor for the rest of his life. He will never forgive himself.

But if you had half a brain, you will understand that the doctor's mind was elsewhere since he was called in for emergency surgery. I can understand how these things can happen and I feel very sorry for the guy because I can't imagine what he is thinking or feeling.

You are sick for mentioning this very unfortunate episode in this man's life. He lost his baby, and there is nothing anyone will be able to do to console his loss!

Get out of the gutter and show some respect!

But, had this been a Turkish father, or even a Turkish Cypriot father, it would no doubt have been splattered over here just as every other mention of any sort of lack of parental responsibility by the Turks or TCs is?

It's almost akin to the Monty Python 'Don't mention the WAR' joke. Except in this case it is the 'Cypriots' or, even more important, 'the GREEKS!'

Not at all!

There are probably dozens of such cases in Turkey which I would never dream of exploiting. A bit of respect and class please!!!!

Honour killings are an entirely different matter for me personally! I would/have highlighted such issues!

You were the sicko who posted that for no 'apparent' reason!

Charming! I did not post it to say the man cared more about dogs than kids. Or that ALL Cypriots were unfit parents. It was published in a CYPRUS newspaper and featured on this forum.

You are becoming quite desperate in your attempts to insult at every turn.

Your postings cheering on a war between Turkey and Israel are sickening becoming almost surreal.

Ever thought of taking a little nap in the afternoon? I hear it can work wonders for women who just find day to day life too much to deal with.

You miserable old cow!

Got to admit, it was pretty sick of you!

You should know better not to intervene in a cat fight. You will get your face scratched. Gasman does not need your help.

Going out for a nice walk now. Round REAL Cyprus (not the false cyber Cyprus painted on the forum a lot of the time).
