Why you did say that the GC properties belong to GCs and they will be given back to their legal owners when a solution is found?

I wouldn't go round celebrating just yet. This will probably go to appeal with the backing of refugees that have lost their property.

All those individuals that see thier property in northern Cyprus for sale or for rent in the UK will simply take those companies involved to court in the UK. I wouldn't expect much change from the current situation.

Notice some people here are moderators-one of them is me.
We write our posts as members. We moderate as moderators and we try our best to be fair. DO NOT MIX UP our 2 capacities.Think as if the moderator is someone who dont know.

About the "Thieves" calling. This is an insult. Yet if you ask any GC refugee what happened to your house he will say the Turks stole it from me. Therefore the word thieves describes a true feeling. The question is should the GCs use it all the time? The answer is No! Never use it unless you are provoked.And in all cases justify your thesis.
Now for the TCs for this same thing: Please be careful for this issue and try not to provoke. A similar example is when you are telling the GCs you were killing us you were doing genocide against us etc.

NOT every TC is a thief and NOT every GC is a killer.
Anyway I can personally make no judgment in these cases, and I hope my post has helped.

MicAtCyp, there is no excuse for anyone calling an entire race "nothing more than thieves", let alone a moderator on this forum, what kind of example does he set for the rest of the GC users on this forum. You say the use of the word "thieves" is a true feeling amongst those who lost their houses, well ask a Turkish Cypriot mother who lost her 16 day old baby what she thinks of Greek Cypriots. Do you find me calling Greek Cypriots "nothing more than murderers"? No, because i write in a civilised manner, something which Piratis and some other moderators cannot do.

Khan, when I said that TCs are thieves I am talking about those that support the stealing of our properties because they directly or indirectly benefit from this stealing. These are thieves.

I apologize that if I didn't give this explanation earlier to the TCs that support the return of all property to their legal owners. However I am afraid these TCs are the minority. (and they are the minority in this forum also)

If you know Greek Cypriots that were involved in the murder of TCs then you have the right to call those people murderers. However have you seen any GC in here supporting those murders? On the other hand, most (not all) TCs in here support the stealing of our properties. These people are thieves.

gabaston, US/UK/Turkey/Israel (and some unimportant proxies) are all working in the same directions. According to the US and UK all there illegal actions against the world are perfectly legal. Because this is what they claim it doesn't mean it is this way.

"TRNC" is illegal and this perfectly clear by UN resolutions that I can post right here for you if you want.

you really need to go back and read what most TCs are writing and try and absorb, understanding what they are saying not just be the sole judge and jury labelling most/some TCs thieves...rapists....benefiting from GC loss etc etc etc....

I came to this conclusion exactly because of what I am reading in here.

The conclusion is that the TCs want to gain a lot more than what they had according with the 1960 agreements, and this includes a lot more land than what they had before the invasion. They want to use the guns of Turkey to gain or our loss.
