It's a stupid question because uneducated nincompoops like you and Y-Fronts (with an obvious zero military experience) assume that Cyprus has no defense and at the same time are worrying why she is arming up! You contradict yourselves…

What you should be asking is HOW LONG can Cyprus’ defenses last for against this particular enemy, in which case I can assure you that she can last long enough for very sweet revenge… and don’t ever forget that.

Imagine, just imagine the impact on the UN,the EU and the world public opinion if RoC declared they would abolish the CNG sell all their military equipment, and spend the defence budget on measures to improve trust ,understanding, and respect between all Cypriots...

You’re asking the RoC to abandon her defense and use that money to build “trust” with those that parlay with the invader/occupier??? What are you stupid?

And what exactly would you have sacrificed in the meantime? Less mouchos?

Very predictable and silly bravodo,as expected from Tiberius (with a keyboard)! The sensible question remains...Why spend all this money on armaments knowing you will never be able to or allowed to use??? FAced with a formidable "enemy" intelligent people do not fight with the "enemy's" chosen weapons, but finds other more viable ways to defend themselves...I guess I answered my own question,I said "intelligent people"...

But we have and you keep blaming us for it...we stop any and all actions that might lead to recognition of a separate state on the occupied part of our island. Why complain?

As someone who is actively serving in the CNG I can tell you that the CNG's objectives are far more realistic and sensible than what you people think.

In fact I'd go as far to say that it is probably the most realistic objective we have as a state.

And what may I ask is that objective,DT???

A completely defensive one with sound political objectives.

But what is the objective? Let me guess hold the enemy at bay for 3 seconds or is it 5 seconds now that you increased your defense spending.

The CNG is able to give you Turds a realgood shake, and even capture some territory. You wouldn't know what hit you!

And if, for some unforeseen chance there is outside assistance from another power such as Israel, you guys will be swimming all the way back to Turkey where you belong!

I see you have not lost the old mentality where a savior will save you. Isn't that where Christianity split from Jewish? All them years ago?

This is your mentality. Always relying on 75,000,000 Turks!

We are happy to get help from anywhere and anyone against you lunatic Turks hell bent on violence. The world saw your antics, and it is quite good to see that public opinion has turned away from you as a result of the released video footage and eye witness accounts of other Aussies that were present.
